HOTEL ANAGA House Rules
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, HOTEL ANAGA has established the following house rules under Article 10 of our Terms and Conditions for Accommodation. We kindly ask for your cooperation.
Please note that if these rules are not observed, we may, under Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions for Accommodation, have no choice but to refuse your stay and the use of hotel facilities, and you may be held liable for any damage incurred by the hotel.
01Use of Guest Rooms
- An evacuation route map is posted on the back of your room’s entrance door. Please take a moment to check it.
- During your stay, and especially when sleeping, please always lock the door and use the door guard.
- Please do not smoke in places where fires can easily start (especially in bed), or engage in any other activity that could cause a fire.
- Please do not use heaters, cooking appliances, or any other items in your room that could cause a fire.
- Please do not move furnishings, install fixtures, or otherwise significantly alter your room without the hotel’s permission.
- Please do not hang anything from windows or balconies that would spoil the hotel’s appearance.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight in the rooms.
02Room Keys
- Whenever you leave your room during your stay, please take your room key with you and make sure the door is locked. (Doors at the hotel lock automatically.)
- When charging purchases at the hotel’s restaurants or other outlets to your room, please present your room key.
- If a room key is lost or damaged, the full cost of key replacement and repair work will be charged.
03Payment
- Please settle your bill at the front desk upon departure. We may also ask you to settle charges during your stay; in that case, please pay at that time.
- Please note that a facility usage fee will be added when you use the in-room telephone.
- A 15% service charge is added in addition to applicable taxes, so we respectfully decline tips and gratuities.
- We do not accept payment by check, other than traveler’s checks, and do not provide currency exchange.
- If you wish to change the length of your stay, please inform the front desk in advance. If you extend your stay, we will ask you to settle charges incurred up to that point.
04Valuables and Stored Items
- Please use the safety deposit boxes at the front desk (free of charge) to store cash, securities, and other valuables during your stay. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for any loss or theft of items not stored there. Please note that we cannot accept works of art, antiques, or similar items for safekeeping.
- Items left at the cloakroom will be treated as abandoned and disposed of if we do not hear from you within the designated period (30 days).
05Parking
- Please do not leave valuables or other items in your car in the parking lot. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft while vehicles are parked.
- Parking at the main entrance is strictly prohibited.

- Bringing in pets such as animals or birds (except assistance dogs and pets staying in the Doggie Villa)
- Bringing in gunpowder, gasoline, or other ignitable or flammable materials
- Bringing in items that give off foul or strong odors

- Anti-social organizations and their members (including extremist groups and their members) may not use the hotel.
- Anyone found engaging in violence, threats, extortion, intimidating or unreasonable demands, or similar acts will be asked to leave the hotel immediately. The same applies to anyone who has previously engaged in such acts.
- If a guest is deemed unable to ensure their own safety due to mental incapacity, loss of self-control from drugs, or similar conditions, or is likely to cause danger, fear, or anxiety to other guests, use of the hotel will be refused immediately.
- Use of the hotel will also be refused in the event of any other conduct similar to the above.
